Welcome to Printpage Online. By accessing and placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Ordering & Payment
We accept Pre-paid (UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets) and Cash on Delivery (COD) payment methods.
COD is available for orders between ₹500 and ₹2000 only.
A ₹50 COD fee will be charged for COD orders.
Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation (for prepaid) or successful verification (for COD).
2. Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping is available on pre-paid orders above ₹2000.
Standard delivery time is 7–10 business days, depending on location and courier service availability.
For bulk orders, cargo/transport charges are payable by the customer on a “to pay” basis.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or other unforeseen factors after dispatch.
3. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before shipping or within 24 hours of order placement (whichever is earlier).
A ₹99 cancellation fee will be charged for eligible cancellations.
After the above period, cancellations are not accepted as printing/processing begins promptly.
Bulk order cancellations are not accepted under any circumstances.
4. Product Information
We strive to display product details, descriptions, and prices accurately.
Slight variations in design, color, or print may occur due to manufacturing processes or display settings.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
We are not responsible for indirect losses, delays, or damages beyond our control.
6. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
