Refund and Returns Policy
At Printpage Online, we value customer satisfaction. Please read our policy to understand the conditions for refunds, replacements, and cancellations.
1. Returns & Replacements
Returns/replacements are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
Issues must be reported to [Your Email] within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photos of the product.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.
2. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping charges, COD fees, and cancellation fees are non-refundable.
3. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before shipping or within 24 hours of order placement (whichever is earlier) for a ₹99 cancellation fee.
After this period, cancellations are not accepted as printing begins promptly.
Bulk order cancellations are not accepted under any circumstances.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-printed products, personalised items, and bulk orders are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
