Refund and Returns Policy

At Printpage Online, we value customer satisfaction. Please read our policy to understand the conditions for refunds, replacements, and cancellations.


1. Returns & Replacements

  • Returns/replacements are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

  • Issues must be reported to [Your Email] within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photos of the product.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.


2. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Shipping charges, COD fees, and cancellation fees are non-refundable.


3. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping or within 24 hours of order placement (whichever is earlier) for a ₹99 cancellation fee.

  • After this period, cancellations are not accepted as printing begins promptly.

  • Bulk order cancellations are not accepted under any circumstances.


4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-printed products, personalised items, and bulk orders are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
